Today is a good day. 2024 years ago, our Savior was born; and now 2024 years later, we get to celebrate it. Yippee! I hope I got that timeline right.

It's been a while since my last email! 9 WHOLE DAYS! crazy. Our trio is thriving in the spirit of Christmas, and we had a great week!

   We had dinner with the Weasleys (the merrills- but they were basically the Weasleys)

   Had an awesome lesson with our recent convert Austin! He's amazing. He moved to the Netherlands after miss Boggess baptized him, and he's back now so we got to talk about the Book of Mormon again and he loves it! I told him about the part where ammon cuts off people's arms and he found it very exciting. He can't wait to read it he's so tender. I quote him now, and I will say it's the best way to describe this book, "the Book of Mormon is timeless" 😇

   Had Christmas Zone Conference! It was so fun and a little weird cuz we didn't do any missionary things but just played games the whole time! And took great pictures.

   Then we had dinner with the Houses, a part member family and they are the most chaotic family ever. The dad was shouting doctrine and the mom won't get baptized unless the spirit tells her to because she doesn't believe in priesthood authority and the little girl needs attention and the teenage boy is a teenage boy. But the teenage boy wants to get baptized yay (:

We're going over to their house tonight for Christmas so wish me luck lol 🙈

   We spent all weekend with the bishop and his family making and delivering cookies to everyone on planet earth. Our bishop had the whole week off of work so he literally spent it all helping us and driving us around it was awesome and really exhausting. Fun times! Our bishop is a funny guy who doesn't know when to stop talking. 😀

   Then we had our Sunday program and my old friend bruce pulled up! Lol he's hilarious. We finally got him his ctr ring 💍 🙌 

    ALSO we had a Christmas zoom devotional Sunday night with our FAMILIES. playing rock paper scissors with Kyle was a highlight. I love my family 🥰🤍

   Obviously, we didn't get a pday on Monday, so we just filled our day with lessons. I wanted to give up my ghost but it was worth it cuz our lessons were awesome. We called Toshiro (also one of my friends from when I was here in auburn before) and he's the best. Very chill. A little... too chill

   Then Christmas Eve was so so fun! Had district council and the elders got us bonnets and durags. We brought a Christmas present haul to our friend Alvin and his family. So precious. Makes me want to be a millionaire so I can give out millions.

Then we had a fancy Christmas eve dinner with the stackhouses. You would not believe me if I said we ate beef wellington. Then we made gingerbread houses. Sam was there.

No I'm finna open all my presents and think about JESUS CHRIST, SAVIOR OF THE WORLD.
