We're back....in the car again

 This week was baller. Had exchanges with sister Mabey in pine mountain! It was so fun. It's the tiniest town with only one gas station and one park and we had a blast together. There's a ton of old people there which is fun. We made Boba and had a blast watching this super weird sad short film by the church called the mailbox. The crazy thing about pine mountain is that everything is super spaced out so we had to drive literally half the day. Hence the email title hehe.

Then we went to the temple!!! Also a very long drive 🫠 So beautiful and such a fun experience! It's so pretty and i can't wait to go back in 6 months.
One night we went to a festival during our dinner hour and they played the beach boys and it was the best night ever! And I got a sweet pair of cherry earrings!!
We got our friend lex to church on Sunday and he enjoyed it, said it was peaceful! Then Sunday evening sister boggess had an stl call and I did unreported contacts the whole time and went from 99+ to 13 :) can't say it was me though cuz we give all credit to the lord
Also there was this dude a few days ago that we stopped and asked if he had a moment to read a scripture with us and boy did we regret stopping him. His name was Dante and he loves to yell! He preach-shouted at us for a solid 30 minutes about how he knows his relationship with Jesus is the best and how he has had so many life experiences with his whole 28 years of age. He told us we were blessed to talk to him and asked us 'if Jesus asked you right now why should I let you into heaven what would you say?' And we were like ??? He wouldn't ask us that question weirdo. Didn't say that out loud but that's what I was thinking. Then he told us to never say 'I Think' and to only say 'I know' because he knows Jesus and that he will be saved and go to heaven. Good for him I guess. Then my awesome comp asked him, 'what about the people that didn't get a chance to know Jesus on this earth' and he said they go to hell straight up. Then he kept calling my companion by her first name and said 'don't say you think Merideth!' Then he got up and said GODSPEED and walked away. Then my comp goes "don't say I think! Well I think you're crazy!!" Love her to death.

  You could say this week was crappy. You could also say this week is the most memorable week I will have out here. But I have a feeling we're just getting started. So buckle up because this email's a doozy        Monday we had a great lesson with Sumu! So that night we went to our member meal and they were like "we don't know either of you but come in!   Yeah! Leprosy No, Sid. 4 letters, ends with an E. Ohhh yeah... Lice. Recap rewiiiiind! 🥁🥁🥁         DUN. DUN. DUNNNNNN. TRANSFERS!! I have a new companion here in Chewacla, her name's Sister Christensen and she's literally a baller. Plays basketball and volleyball 😮 she's  awesome.  I love her to death already. The morning of transfers me and Sister Carter stayed back and our companions drove to the transfer meeting without us, meaning I didn't get to see all the awesome people but it is what it is 🫠. BUT that meant that I got to spend the morning with Sister Carter 🥰 These past few days we've been on the grind and boy it feels good to be a missionary! We are seeing so many miracles! Our trio's down to two

  ¡Qué Semana! Felt like a year. Let's  run it back! First zone council meeting down and done with! ✌️🤙 I may or may not have done basically nothing to help plan it. Just made the slides look really pretty and they changed them anyway lol. Next time I'll try and contribute more than a 12 year old would!     ✔️  first time leading a zcm Right after the meeting we exchanged with the sisters in pine mountain!     ✔️  first exchange as an stl Our exchange was so fun. Pine mountain is full of old people, 2 gas stations, and one dollar general! So we knocked on some weird people's doors, sat outside both gas stations, and then sat in our car with the windows down outside of dollar general. Fun stuff! Sister Carter is so precious and sweet.
